For Your Convenience We Have Provided the Following Information
· Buyer pays and arranges for all shipping. We do not accept liability for the item once it leaves our warehouse. Any and all shipping issues are between the buyer and the carrier. We provided a logistics company to help you find a carrier and deal with carrier issues, but we are not responsible.
· All items are F.O.B. our warehouse in Spicewood, Texas, and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock.
· Common carriers do not offer insurance on any used items and will not pay claims for new items signed for in good order. Insurance is offered on new items but they must be inspected before signing for it. It is the buyers' responsibility to check the item condition upon receipt before the signing for the item. We recommend thorough inspection should there be any visible damage or unusual wrinkling of the box that the refrigerator is crated in. Further should there be any damage discovered there are two good options...refuse delivery, which puts the responsibility on the carrier. Or sign for with a complete description of any discovered damage. If damage does occur and it is signed for it is important to keep the box as proof of damage until claim has been filed.
